Whether it is with our elaborate breakfast, our fresh fruit and home made pies, our 8 exquisite tea blends from our tea bar, our fresh spring water, our bacon snacks, or our gourmet evening menu, we only serve the best!
The meals we prepare for you consist of the most delicious ingredients of the Vorarlberger cuisine. We make use of fresh mountain products which we obtain from local farmers.
However, we also prepare exquisite international dishes from Asia, wok creations, Italian pasta specialties, or hot Mexican food in order to satisfy your papilla’s, as they welcome diversity!

Breakfast
Breakfast just tastes better when it includes home made jams and freshly baked bread, toast, or croissants. You will find all this and much more on our breakfast buffet. What about healthy cereals and the diverse muesli creations you can make, or our great choice of fruit juices?
In case you prefer something more consistent like boiled, scrambled, or fried eggs, we of course are happy to fulfil your wishes.
Our tea bar contains 8 different tea blends to choose from like Darjeeling, Assam, Earl Grey…
Plenty to go around in order for you to feel fit for a great day on the slopes or hiking tracks!

National and international evening menus
Six times a week we offer you a diverse 3 course evening menu which is served from 18:30 on. In the winter we additionally offer you a rich salad- and starter buffet to choose from. Once a week we prepare local dishes like the well-known “Montafoner Kässpätzle “ to pamper our guests with. You will of course always find the perfect wine to match your food in our wine list.

Coffee and pies
Every afternoon we offer you coffee specialties like Latte Macchiato or Cappuccino, and home made pies or strudels. Our tea bar is freely at your disposal until five o’ clock. Or would you rather go for some good draught beer in our bar? |

Only the freshest herbs end in our kitchen!
Whether it is wild garlic, thyme, or salvia, in our house they taste the way they smell! Reason enough to only make use of the most exquisite herbs we grow in our garden. Not only do they taste good, they happen to be excellent for your health as well! |
